Liebe trans* inter* nicht-binären genderqueeren Menschen und Allies,

Das TINQnet ist entstanden aus diversen Organisationen, Vereinen und Einzelpersonen, die anfangs nur für einzelne konkrete Anlässe wie z.B. dem Transgender Day of Remembrance zusammengearbeitet haben. Seitdem ist das Netzwerk gewachsen und hat sich weiterentwickelt. Das TINQnet organisiert Aktionen zu regelmäßigen Anlässen, stärkt im Rahmen des CSD die Sichtbarkeit und bietet in Kooperation das regelmäßige TINQ-Schwimmen an.

Unser Bestreben ist, uns in unserer gesamten Diversität zusammenschließen, unsere Kräfte bündeln und sichtbarer werden.

Unser Ziel ist es, ein eigenes Zentrum für trans*, inter*, nicht-binäre und queere Menschen in München zu schaffen.

Es ist nun an der Zeit, aus einem lockeren Kollektiv einen Verein zu formen, der auch eine juristische Stimme hat.

Wir planen die Gründung des TINQnet als eingetragenen Verein!

Dazu laden wir Euch zum Gründungstreffen am Sonntag, 16.07.2023 Beginn 10:00 Uhr ins Sub ein.
(Sub – Schwules Kommunikations- und Kulturzentrum München e.V., Müllerstraße 14, 80469 München). Bitte kommt frühzeitig ab 9:00 Uhr um bis zum Start die Registrierung der Teilnehmenden abschließen zu können.

Die vorläufige Tagesordnung:

1. Ankommen der Teilnehmenden, Registrierung
2. Eröffnung und Begrüßung
3. Feststellung der Anwesenheit / Beschlussfähigkeit
4. Wahl der Versammlungsleitung, Stimmrecht, Tagesordnung u.a. mit einfacher Mehrheit
5. Aussprache zur Gründung des Vereins (Vorgeschichte, Motive, Ziele, …)
6. Beschluss der Satzung
7. Wahl des Vorstands
8. Beauftragung des Vorstands mit der Eintragung des Vereins ins Register
9. Ausblick / Verschiedenes
10. Sitzungsende

Vorläufige zeitliche Einteilung

• Ab 9:00 Ankommen und Registrierung
• 10:00 Beginn
• 12:00 – 13:00 Mittagspause
• 15:00- 16:00 Nachmittagspause (das Sub wird um 15:00 geöffnet)
• 18:00 Ende – spätestens ab 19:00 wird vertagt

Um uns die Organisation zu erleichtern, bitten wir alle Teilnehmenden um frühzeitige vorherige Anmeldung.

Zum einen, um absehen zu können, ob alle Platz haben. Sollten die Kapazitätsgrenzen der für uns verfügbaren Räume erschöpft sein, führen wir eine Warteliste. Wir geben Euch entsprechend Bescheid.

Und zum anderen, um die Registrierung der Teilnehmenden zu vereinfachen und die Gründung gut protokollieren zu können. Nur registrierte Teilnehmende haben ein Stimmrecht. Gründungsmitglieder müssen mit sich mit Ihren Namen und Adresse registrieren. Das Protokoll wird dem Amtsgericht bei Eintragung des Vereins in das Vereinsregister zugesandt.

Macht Euch bitte Gedanken, ob ihr einfaches Gründungsmitglied werden wollt oder auch eine verantwortliche Rolle übernehmen wollt, z.B. als Teil des Vorstands oder uns bei Protokollführung, Redner*innenliste oder allgemein bei der Organisation unterstützen wollt.

Wenn ihr Übersetzungshilfe braucht, oder Übersetzungshilfe anbieten könnt, gebt uns bitte bis 09.07.2023 Bescheid. Englisch können wir versuchen zu organisieren, andere Sprachen je nach Unterstützung, die uns angeboten wird.

Foundation Of a Registered Association – Foundation Meeting

Dear trans*, inter*, nonbinary, genderqueer people and allies,

TINQnet began as a network of various organizations, groups and individuals who wanted to collaborate when organizing individual specific events, such as the Transgender Day of Remembrance. Since then, the network has grown and developed. TINQnet organizes events on a regular basis, enhances visibility in the context of CSD and offers regular TINQ swimming events in cooperation with the LGBTIQ swim club, Isarhechte.

Our goal is to unite in all our diversity, to join forces and hence become more visible.

Our main target is the opening of a center or trans*, inter*, non-binary and queer people in Munich.

It is time to turn this loose collective into a registered association to be heard as a legal entity.

 We are planning the foundation of TINQnet as a registered association!

Therefore, we invite you to the foundation meeting on Sunday, July 16^th, 2023, from 10:00 a.m., at the Sub (the Gay Communication and Cultural Center Munich e.V., Müllerstreet 14, 80469 Munich). Please come early – the center opens at 9:00 a.m. – so there is enough time to complete the registration of participants prior to the actual meeting.

The preliminary agenda:

1. Arrival of participants and registration
2. Official opening of the meeting
3. Finalization of attendance list / quorum
4. Election of meeting chairperson, voting rights, agenda, etc. by simple majority vote
5. Discussion of foundation (preliminary developent, motives, goals, …)
6. Passing of the articles of association
7. Election of the board
8. Assignment of board to register association officially
9. Outlook / Miscellaneous
10. End of meeting

Preliminary time schedule:

• From 9.00 a.m. arrival and registration
• 00 a.m. opening
• 00 noon – 1.00 p.m. lunch break
• 00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. coffee break (sub opens for the public at 3.00 p.m.)
• 00 p.m. End – adjournment no later than 7.00 p.m.

 

To make things easy, we ask all participants to register in advance.

We want to make sure there is space for everyone attending. Should the number of registrations exceed the available seats, we will start a waiting list and inform you accordingly.

We also want to simplify the registration process and make sure the minutes are correct. Only registered participants will be able to vote. Founding members must register with their name and address. The official registration of the association requires sending the minutes to the local court.

Please think about whether you want to become a simple founding member or assume a responsible role, for example, as a member of the board. Maybe you can support us in other ways, e.g., taking minutes, keeping the list of speakers or helping with the organization in general.

The meeting will be held in German. In you need translation into another language, or can provide translation for others, please let us know by July 9^th, 2023. We are trying to provide translation into English. Other languages will only be available if someone offers to translate.
